Aside from family! If there is one word to describe Tony it’s “ professional “!! He is an absolute Professional, a real Pro!  He absolutely understands the market, the area, pros of what your home has to offer!  He will clearly point out what improvements need to be made, should be made, and what value those improvements will add to the sale price. He will also inform you as to the potential loss of money on the price should you otherwise choose to not fix something! 
My 2 favorite things about working with Tony were clear to me very soon into the deal.  These 2 things were “ a plan of action” and trust!  Tony , after listening to our point of view about being aggressive and looking for maximum value for our home totally laid out the plan of how and what needed to be done if getting the absolute highest price was the objective! Like a true “Pro” he was simple in his explanation and right to the point.  If I had to summarize it then it would sound something like this….”here is what you guys need to do and we need to be ready by this time, providing you do that I will get you the highest price this neighborhood has ever seen”.  ……He Did!
But then again pretty much any realtor could probably say that.  The difference for me is that I trust Tony!  I trust him not necessarily because of his 20 year market experience, educational background (Morehouse Man) or all the success he has had In the Real estate game which many of us have seen here on Facebook.  I trust Tony because he is a good and decent man!  You can see and feel the good in him!  He looks you right in the eyes when taking and listening and answering your questions.  I have seen him as a loving and caring and guiding Father!  And those are the reasons why I Trusted him with our biggest investment which will largely determine our nest step as a family!  While I like working with successful people as much as the next person and Tony has an awesome car and great Fashion sense that had ZERO to do with my feeling towards him. I’m from New Jersey where all the realtors have cool cars , big time wrist watches , the latest bags and European cars! 
Go with Tony because he has the knowledge but above that he a man of decency and goodness and can be trusted!!!
